These Terms apply to the LesiSearch website, mobile app, and related services. By accessing or using LesiSearch, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Related: Cookie Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using LesiSearch, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
• Verify vehicle details with sellers and listing sites before any purchase.
• Use LesiSearch only for lawful personal research of publicly listed vehicles.

3. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Abuse, scrape, or overload the service beyond normal use
• Bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls
• Access other users' accounts or data
• Use the service for fraud, spam, or unlawful surveillance
• Misrepresent AI rankings as guarantees of value, safety, or legality

4. Intellectual Property

LesiSearch branding, UI, and original service materials are owned by the independent developer of LesiSearch. Third-party listing content remains owned by those third parties. Trademarks and logos appearing on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

5. AI Rankings & Informational Use

Rankings, scores, and summaries may be generated using automated systems or AI. They may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. They are informational only and are not professional, legal, financial, or purchase advice. LesiSearch does not guarantee that listing data from third-party sites is accurate or current.

6. Third-Party Data and Links

LesiSearch may display or link to data from third-party websites (for example ikman.lk and riyasewana.com). Those sites operate independently. Links are for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the independent developer of LesiSearch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. LesiSearch is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for violations or legal risk. You may delete your account in the mobile app (Profile → Delete account), on the website (Profile → Delete account), or using the instructions in Account deletion below.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The Last updated date above will change when revisions are published. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your LesiSearch account and related alert data as follows:

1. In the mobile app: open Profile → Delete account, enter your password, and confirm.
2. On the website: sign in, open Profile, then use Delete account (password + confirm DELETE).
3. By email: write to diladws@gmail.com from the email on your account with subject “Delete my LesiSearch account”.

Deletion removes your Django user/profile, alert subscriptions for your account/email, pending guest OTP rows for that email, and (when password verification succeeds) your Firebase Auth user. Server/application logs and email-provider delivery logs may be retained for a limited operational period for security and abuse prevention.

Guest trial alerts (no account): cancel at any time at Cancel guest alerts, or email diladws@gmail.com. Guest trials also expire after about 2 weeks.
